Online orders are processed through our third-party ordering partner, Toast. By placing an order you agree to Toast's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Le Botaniste reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Menu availability may vary by location and time. We are not responsible for delays or unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our control.

3. Catering Services

Catering bookings are subject to a separate catering agreement confirmed in writing. Deposits and cancellation policies will be outlined in that agreement. Le Botaniste reserves the right to modify or cancel catering orders in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued and managed through Toast. They are redeemable for food and beverages at participating Le Botaniste locations. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Le Botaniste is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Le Botaniste or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
